Stepping Out

Stepping into life , is not where dreams die or purpose is missed. Stepping into life, is where reality chisels away at the illusory fantasies that blind. The dream of Gods purpose is awakened by action. Action surrendered to His will, and bathed in prayer, especially when taken without certainty of destination, is never aimless as it is there where faith is hewn directed by His Spirit. In the seemingly mundane, seeds are planted and lessons of great importance are learned. In what appears to be an endless array of wrong turns and meaningless tasks along the way, assignments and divine appointments turn up for the one awake enough to see them. And for the one surrendered to the humility of doing small things for the Lord, to the one who understands that just being still before Him, is at times the greatest action we can take, a life of purpose and joy unfolds on his or her way to the greatest reward of all. Well done my good and faithful servant.
